Band Pimping: Jamie T. (Originally published November 13, 2009)

There is something about 20-something English musicians that really gets me going.  Sexually.  Ok, not really, but you get the idea.  This guy, Jamie T., is a 22-year-old British troubadour who grew up listening to power pop, gangsta rap, and The Clash.  In other words, he rules.  He’s got a mush-mouthed, snarky delivery (and some stereotypically British teeth) and extremely catchy pop tunes.  You’ll like this one; trust me.
